ABOUT THE DISCIPLINED GUY
Started at around 49 KG body weight being skinny. “My rib cage was clearly visible.” That’s how skinny I was.
Started to learn and grow and face all the problems as a skinny hard gainer can face like:-
No matter how much I ate, my body won't grow
No matter hard I trained, my body remained the same.
Then after years of study and research along with trial and error on my own body, I was able to reach 80+ KG which means I gained over
40 KG of body weight, including the amount of fat that came with this much body weight, and here is an image of me being around 84 KG
Then I plateaued around this body weight for a year
then after years of bulking, I decided to lose all that extra fat and entered my first fat loss phase.
I started my fat loss phase at about 100KG
This was my experience:-
Food cravings went through the roof.
I was staring at food and I was able to smell any food from far away.
“That’s how hungry I was."
Gym performance dropped and strength started to drop
size dropped fast too.
I was able to reach around 78 KG body weight, and here are before and after images.
This taught me so much about fat loss, which I will discuss further.
Then I started my bulk phase no.2 , which resulted in fat gain again, but I was able to identify all the problems.

Look how crazy it is to have less body fat % and less body weight than your first bulk phase and still look so much bigger. “It’s called body composition change.”
“Body weight is just a number in transformation world , the main game of transformation revolves around the composition change.
Then I started my lean bulk phase and reached 86 KG gaining around 6 to 7 KG of mass, and here are the results.
Notice how I am leaner and bigger with little to no extra fat gained during this lean gain phase. And then I started my Re-composition Phase using the advanced techniques, which were shifted and converted from the lean bulk phase and adjusted more towards Re-composition, and these are the results
Around the same body weight but stronger, more vascular, more fuller muscles, more active, and super energetic.

Well, this is just a brief about my journey, and along these 10 years, I acquired certification in master personal training( GSB Academy ). I learned through ACSM books and material, K-11 books and material, Dr. Eric Helms (PhD, sports scientist, Coach, and natural pro bodybuilder), golden era muscle magazines and books, the latest and old scientific research papers, and much more.
